Contains 60 servings. 4 sprays of 0.125ml.

As a dietary supplement for children aged more than 3 years. Spray four (4) sprays, carefully into your child’s mouth, ideally on the inside of their cheek, and hold for a few seconds or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed the stated dose. Keep out of the reach of children. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet & healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool dry place. Shake well before use. Tried the bottle for 1 month, by the second week feel generally better all round. A week after stopping energy & mood have dipped slightly, and got a cold. I have a well mixed diet, must be lacking in one area that the drink was filling in.
Will be buying again, tastes great in water.

I waited a while for Nutrivitality to bring out a multivitamin, and it’s finally here. Previously, I have used other Nutrivitality products, all of which have been brilliant, but the ease of a multivitamin is a big bonus for me, and it doesn’t disappoint. I bought the liquid spray, and it couldn’t be easier. Just a few sprays in the morning before breakfast, and I’m good to go. I highly recommend it.
